The band was formed in Krakow, playing music from the borderland of world music and folk.

The band’s music echoes in Oriental and Celtic music, Polish folk motifs, broken rhythms, vocal improvisation in the whistle record. The simplicity and repetition of themes are intertwined with improvisation, calmness with wildness, joy with sadness. Their music is close to the Earth, ludic, dance and trance at the same time. Hanka Wójciak’s texts describe the modern world, but the archaisms they contain, words taken from the highlander’s dialect, add songs to fairy tales and folk.
